近年世界中で注目の「再生可能エネルギー」を日本にも普及させるため、2021年に東京ガスと電力会社オクトパスエナジーが共同出資して誕生しました。

仕事内容は下記のとおり
- 週休二日制です。
- オペレーション部門にて、日本のお客様をサポートするすべての業務の中心となっていただきます。
- お客様が直面するすべての問題に全責任を持ち、エンド・ツー・エンドのカスタマーサービスを提供します。
- もう、お客様が部署間をたらい回しにされるようなことはありません。
- 顧客体験のあらゆる側面について完全に訓練され、業界全体のトレーニングが提供されます。
- お客様からの問い合わせに全責任を持ち、適切な解決策を提供できるようになることが期待されます。
- 予想外のことも想定してください。

勤務地・勤務時間・福利厚生
- 勤務地:東京都港区六本木1−4−5アークヒルズサウスタワー18階
- 交通:東京メトロ南北線「六本木一丁目駅」より徒歩1分
- 勤務時間:フレックスタイム制(標準労働7.5時間)*9:00-17:00は電話対応がある時間帯なのでこの時間帯に従事できることを期待されます。残業は月平均10〜20時間
- 年間休日:121日
- 週休2日制。六本木のオフィスへ出勤していただきます。

月給28.3万円以上※経験やスキルに応じて決定します。※上記金額には固定残業代(月25時間分)が含まれます。
固定残業代相当の労働時間超過分の残業代は別途支給します。
月25時間分の固定残業代が含まれているのは、毎日の出退勤打刻管理をしない代わりだけでなく、毎日の自分の仕事を「17:30までにやる分」と意識するのではなく「今日までにやる分」として考えていただきたいからです。毎月25時間分の残業代を固定でお支払いしますが、繁忙期(1〜3月)以外の平均残業時間は実績ベースで10〜20時間です。繁忙期であっても月45時間以上の残業はほとんどありません。
