- 取引先顧客へのルート営業及び新規開拓営業
・管材商社・設備業者・ハウスメーカー等のお客様に対して、水道用給水装置、住宅屋内給水給湯装置、ロードヒーティングなどの製品のご案内やフォロー
・新規顧客の開拓
- 販売戦略の立案(市場調査・分析)

勤務時間詳細
実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分 〜 7時間30分
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 20日
フレックスタイム制(標準労働時間/1日7時間30分)
コアタイム:午前11時から午後3時(休憩は正午から午後1時の60分)
フレキシブルタイム:原則として午前8時~午前11時/午後3時~午後6時30分
残業の平均時間:月6.9時間(2024年度実績)

基本給:月給 27万7080円 〜 38万2080円
固定残業代:あり
【一律手当】
全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし
全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
内訳:基本給・諸手当(237,500円~327,500円)+固定残業代(39,580円~54,580円)
※営業特別手当として、20時間分の固定残業手当を時間外労働の有無に関わらず支給。20時間超過分・深夜割増等は追加で支給。
※上記の固定残業代は基本給より算出した金額を記載しております。
想定年収:4,546,960円~6,274,960円
※賞与・固定残業代込み
※住宅家賃補助・扶養家族に応じて別途家族手当支給あり
