【仕事内容】

同社では、不動産業界およびインテリア業界向けの業務システムや

Webアプリケーションの受託開発、Web制作を行っていただきます。

【具体的には】

・同社は大手不動産会社や大手インテリアメーカーを中心に、

オーダーメイドでのシステム開発・Web制作を行っています。

クライアントとの直接取引にこだわっているため、二次請けや三次請けの案件はございません。

・少人数のチームで開発を行っており、ご志向に合わせて要件定義から基本設計、

詳細設計、実装、保守・運用まで幅広く経験を積んでいただくことができます。

・近年は、これらの業界向けの自社サービス開発にも注力しており、ご希望に応じてその開発にも参画いただけます。

【ポイント】

・ 不動産業界、インテリア業界向けの業務システムやWebアプリケーションの受託開発、Web制作に携わることができます。

・ ご志向に応じて、不動産業界、インテリア業界向けの自社サービス開発にも参画できます。

・ フロントエンドからバックエンドまで幅広い工程を担当できます。

・ すべての案件が直接取引で、二次受けや三次受けの案件はありません。

・ 客先常駐なし。腰を据えて開発に取り組める環境です。

【求める人材】

・何らかのWebサービスの開発経験が5年以上ある事(使用言語がPHPであると尚可)

・ PM、PLの経験

・ AWSによるインフラ構築の経験

・ DB設計、構築の経験

・ 不動産業界向け、インテリア業界向けWebサービスの開発経験

【給与】

年収600~900万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
