【職務概要】
これまで業務委託に任せきりであった領域を運用・体制含め積極的にモダナイズし、QDCの最適化を目指します。
IAM管理方針再検討、既存システムコストの低減など下支えの施策もさることながら、AWS/GCP 全体を見たうえでの技術選定指針の決定や新たなデータガバナンス基盤の設計など、立ち上げ期にこそ関われる仕事が多くあります。
生成 AI ツールへの投資も推進しており、インフラ運用/SRE活動への最適な適用内容・方法についても検討していきたいと考えております。
全体推進責任者 (副本部長: IT 企業 IT 部門長経験者) と一緒に、同社のインフラモダナイズを是非成功させましょう。
【職務詳細】
■AWS/GCP インフラ・ミドルウェア管理全般、品質向上
・コストコントロール、セキュリティ基盤構築運営など
・当面は、副本部長とともに方針策定しつつ、ご自身でも手を動かしながら作業を進めていくイメージです。具体作業を手伝っていただけるベンダーさんも複数名いらっしゃいます。
■SRE 活動全般
・ビジネス価値を踏まえた改善活動を、開発ベンダー等の社内外含めたステークホルダーと連携しながら行っていただきます。
(運用の自動化、可観測性の向上、キャパシティプランニングなど)
