Role Description (Introduction):
このロールの候補者はプロフェッショナルサービスに所属し、Business Operation担当としてサービス部門の営業並びにデリバリーチームの支援を通じ、お客様の成功に貢献します。
具体的には、プロフェッショナルサービス部門の商談の受注処理支援、毎月の請求処理、本社への売上フォーキャスト、デリバリーチームがサービスを遂行するためのツールのセットアップ並びにサービス提供中の様々な指標モニタリング等、多岐にわたります。またM&Aの際には、日本におけるプロフェッショナルサービスの統合作業においてイニシアチブを発揮し、統合が円滑に進むように支援します。
候補者は、個々のサービス契約を的確にサポートするだけでなく、グローバルのオペレーションチームと連携し、サービス営業並びにデリバリーチームのプロセスの改善や使用するツールのアップグレードプロジェクトにも参画し、必要なテストやフィードバックを行うなどの主要な責任を負います。
このロールは、ビジネスに最も近いオペレーションチームの一員として、会計、法務、ITシステムなどの幅広い経験が養えるだけでなく、Salesforceの一員として、働きやすいWork-Life Balanceの実現や地域社会・コミュニティへの社会貢献活動にも積極的に取り組めます。

このロールの成功は、プロフェッショナルサービス全体のBooking(受注額)、売上、フォーキャスト精度、利益率および顧客満足度等によって測られます。
期待されるハイレベルなミッションとしては、グローバルのオペレーションチームやITチームと連携し、サービスチームに関わるプロセス改善やプロジェクト遂行に使用するツールの管理・向上などを担います。またファイナンスと緊密に連携し、SOX法に則った健全な売上計上を行います。
日々の業務を適切に行うことはもちろんのこと、社内外の変化に敏感に反応し、滞りなく業務が遂行できるビジネスプロセスの構築や部門の生産性を上げるための方策など、アイディアを出し、実現に向けてアクションを取ります。データを深く理解し、Salesforce applicationを使ってビジネスパフォーマンスを分析します。
候補者は、部門内だけではなくグローバルCSG組織、法務、IT、ファイナンス、部門戦略担当者等と密接に協業することが求められます。

Minimum Qualifications (Required):
契約用語に関する知識・経験(日本語)
ビジネスレベルの英語力(TOEIC850以上、または相当レベル)
日本語Nativeレベル
3~5年以上の営業オペレーション、またはサービスオペレーションに関わる経験
Microsoft PowerPoint, ExcelやGoogle Slide等のスキル
自ら課題を認識し解決に向けた主体的なアクションを取れる人
チームでゴールを達成する意思
他部門やグローバルチームとの協業や問題解決に向けた関係構築、調整、交渉能力。および新しい要求や事象に柔軟かつ適切に対応する能力
