本ポジションは、カスタマーサクセスおよびテクニカルサポートのKGI/KPIおよびストラテジックイニシアチブに関わる組織横断的なオペレーションの実行支援と、Salesforceの製品及びプラットフォームのライフサイクルの変化に伴うカスタマーサクセスのオペレーションを推進します。他部門やグローバル本社のメンバーも含めた関係者と密接に連携し、最良の顧客体験と効率的なオペレーションを追求します。

主要な責任
  • プログラムマネジメント:プログラムの組織インパクトをデータの側面で支え、改善サイクルを実行・管理
  • プロジェクトマネジメント:PM/PMOの立場でサービス/オペレーション強化プロジェクトをリード(グローバル施策含む)
  • チェンジマネジメント:各部門のステークホルダと連携し、各種プログラムによる変革をデリバリーチームへの早期に適応
  • プロセス改善:既存の在り方にとらわれず、業務オペレーション最適化のための機会を特定
  • パフォーマンス監視と分析:主要なパフォーマンス指標の追跡、オペレーションデータの分析、インサイトからの課題設定

必須スキル
  • マネジメント経験:プロジェクトまたはプログラムマネジメントの実務経験(3年以上)
  • コミュニケーションスキル:多様なステークホルダーと効果的にコミュニケーションを取る能力
  • 組織力と時間管理能力:複数のタスクの管理、優先順位の設定、期限遵守能力
  • 言語スキル:ネイティブレベルの日本語、ビジネスレベルの英語
  • 文書作成能力:ロジカルシンキング、ビジネスフレームワークを用いたデータと要点を整理し文書化する能力
  • データ分析と報告のスキル:業務データの分析、傾向の特定、意思決定を支援するレポートの作成能力
  • 問題解決能力:問題の本質を捉え、解決策を論理的に考えられる能力
