Purpose of Job: Onsite Coordinator
Location: Osaka, Japan.
Language: Japanese (native), English (read & write required; spoken is desirable)
Job Responsibilities:
• Pharmacovigilance (PV) activities including case receipt, book-in, triage, data entry, quality check, report preparation, activities relating to literature, activities relating to research reports and reports of safety measures, and other work and general affairs
• Ensure a smooth execution of all PV activities while effectively collaborating with client and offshore site
• Provide guidance and supervision on process and delivery to team members, including offshore sites
• Ensure all client requests are handled and completed as per agreed timeline
• Resolve any questions or confusion that may arise from unclear information or instruction provided by client
• Ensure smooth communication with client, effectively acting as a liaison between client, off-site and offshore as necessary
Must have skills and requirements :
• Experience: 3 years or more of PV experience (e.g., case receipt, triage, data entry, quality check, report preparation, query, literature, etc.) is mandatory
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree or PhD in Health/Life Sciences (Science, Pharmacy, Medicine or Nursing) and/or with an experience of 3+ years of experience in PV
• Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, GVP
• Native level of Japanese language and good command of English language (read & write required; spoken is desirable)
• Experience of using Argus safety database
Years of experience: 3 years or more in PV
Required certification:
TOEIC Score is desirable
