営業センター課にて、受注・出荷管理を中心とした営業サポート業務を担当していただきます。
国内営業部門と連携し、加工手配・顧客対応・イベントや大会運営サポートなど幅広い業務を通じて、営業活動を支えるポジションです。
【主な業務内容】
・受注入力、出荷指示、受注残の管理などの受注・出荷業務全般
・引当・返品・預け出荷・委託出荷・伝票訂正などの各種処理
・納品書の出力・仕分け・郵送業務
・加工品(プリント・刺繍含む)の手配・発注・納期管理
・加工所への発注および仕入れに関する業務
・顧客からの問い合わせ・クレーム対応(電話対応含む)
・返品処理(SAP入力)などのマニュアルに基づく事務処理
・営業担当者のサポート(smartDB代理申請など)
・取引先や関係企業とのコミュニケーションおよび対応
・主催イベント・各種大会に関する物品手配や伝票処理等の運営サポート

必須スキル・経験
・メーカーでの営業もしくは事務の経験(3年以上)
・PCスキル(Excel、Word、PowerPoint)
歓迎スキル・経験
・メーカーでの受注、出荷指示に関する業務経験
・SAPを用いた業務経験
