<仕事内容>

戸建てやマンションの一棟リノベーションにおける

施工管理業務をお任せします。

・作業工程・品質・安全・原価の管理

・職人・協力会社への指示や現場調整

・進捗確認・スケジュールの調整

・積算・見積作成・資材の発注と確認

部分的な改修ではなく"一棟まるごと"を扱うからこそ、

現場全体を俯瞰しながら自らの裁量で動ける面白さがあります。

【必須条件】

・大規模修繕または住宅リノベーションの施工管理経験(部分リフォームのみの経験は不可)

・建築施工管理技士(1級または2級)の資格をお持ちの方

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~18:00(休憩60分)

休暇・休日:

  • 完全週休2日制(土・日)
  • 祝日
  • 年間休日120日以上
  • 有給休暇(入社半年後に10日付与)

勤務地:

・現場への直行直帰も多いです。

・浦安本店と世田谷店間の異動の可能性あり

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥4,000,000 〜 ¥8,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥78,100〜¥130,100(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
