お任せしたいお仕事
- 書類作成やデータ入力などの一般事務
- 営業チームのサポート(資料準備・顧客対応)
- 電話・メールなどのコミュニケーション対応
- 業務の効率化や改善のためのアイデア提案
- チームがスムーズに動けるようなサポート業務全般

1日のスケジュール(例)
時間帯内容
10:00出社・メールチェック・スケジュール確認
10:30書類作成・データ入力などの事務作業
12:00昼休憩(外出・カフェランチ・社内ランチ自由)
13:00営業サポート業務(資料準備・電話対応など)
15:00社内ミーティング(業務進捗や新企画の共有)
16:00データ整理・顧客対応・入力確認
18:00退勤(フレックスタイム制で早上がりもOK)
※業務に慣れてきたら、リモートワークも相談可能です

勤務時間・曜日:
勤務時間はフレックスタイム制度を採用しています。コアタイムは11時から15時までとなっており、各自のライフスタイルに合わせて勤務時間を設定できます。具体的な勤務例としては、9時〜18時、10時〜19時、11時〜20時などがあります。休憩時間はお好きな時間に取得していただきます。残業が必要な場合もありますが、事前に調整が可能です。
休暇・休日:
- 土日祝休み
- 夏季・年末年始休暇
- 有給休暇(取得率高め)
- 産休・育休制度完備(復帰実績あり)
勤務地:
屋内原則禁煙(喫煙専用室あり)
リモートワークの可能性あり
勤務地は渋谷となります。出張の必要はありません。
アクセス:
最寄の渋谷駅から徒歩約5分の距離に位置しています。公共交通機関をご利用の場合、電車が便利です。通勤時間帯によって混雑具合が異なるため、出社時間を調整しやすいフレックスタイム制度を導入しています。
給与:
- 昇給・賞与あり(前年度実績あり)昇給年2回、賞与年2回(6月、12月)
- 通勤手当支給(上限なし)
