お仕事内容


大田区内の福祉施設・医療機関にて清掃業務やリネン管理業務を担当して頂きます。

※当社請負契約先でのお仕事になります。

  • 具体的には

【清掃業務】

福祉施設・医療機関内の共用部、病室及び居室、トイレ・浴室等のお掃除をお願いします。専用の機械や薬剤を用いての業務になります。一般的な清掃スタッフとは違い、「医療従事者の一員」として専門知識を身に付けながら働くことができます。

【リネン類の管理業務】

福祉施設・医療機関で使用するシーツや枕カバー等のリネン類及び洗濯物、白衣等を管理(回収・納品)するお仕事です。ベッドメイクを行うこともございます。※入居者様や患者様との身体接触を伴う業務は一切ございません。

一連の業務を習得した段階で大田区内の各請負現場の業務フォロー、新人スタッフの教育等の現場の巡回管理をお願いします。業務は全てチームで進めていきますので「多くの人と関わり合う仕事がしたい」「チームワーク重視で働きたい」という方にはオススメです。

給与


月給 21万 円

  • 固定残業代あり: 21.0時間分、 3万 4000 円

  • 昇給あり

【月給 】244,000円~290,000円(基本給210,000円~250,000円)※経験など考慮

【交通費】全額支給(会社規定あり)

※自宅から勤務地まで直線距離2kmを超える場合支給、その他規定あり

  • 含まれる手当

・外勤手当(固定残業代)34,000円~(21時間分の手当として/超過分は別途支給)

※外勤手当は複数現場での業務習得課程を修了してからの支給(入社4か月~半年を目途に支給となる社員が大半です)

・扶養手当 配偶者8,000円、子6,000円、その他扶養4,000円 ほか

【昇給】年1回

【賞与】年2回(昨年度実績2.6ヶ月分)

※昇給賞与は会社業績、個人評価に則る

  • 給与支払日:毎月15日締め当月25日支払い

  • 支払い方法: 月1回

  • 交通費: 一部支給
