  • マネージャーの役割Amazonプラットフォームで商品を出品している出品者に対して,マーケティング
  • サポートや新機能導入サポート,品揃えの最適化を通じたAmazonJP上での売上最大化を,担当事業者と共に目指します.
そのために,例えば商品ページの閲覧数の最大化や,購入転換率の向上を目指し,商品ページの構成の最適化提案や,各種広告施策に関する提案,タイムセール等の実施サポートや,配送品質向上のためのコンサルテーションを行います.
主なKPIとして,出品商品ページの質,出品商品数とその配送品質,広告により新たに生み出された売上,新機能導入件数,新機能から上がる売上などがあげられます.

The Amazon Marketplace Softlines team seeks to improve the customer and Selling Partner experience on Amazon by working directly with Selling Partners to improve value, selection and convenience across their business.

Our team will invent and innovate across technology, processes and people to grow the program, improve seller engagement and satisfaction and enable scalable global solutions.

Softlines team is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketplace Senior Key Account Manager to develop our Tier I Selling Partners and to help rapidly growing our Softlines business area.

The Snr.

Key Account Manager is responsible for working with a group of Large Enterprise Selling Partners to help them grow their business on Amazon's JP Marketplace, offering support on launching on new programs, exploring Amazon's marketing tools, advising on account strategy and selection listing.

This is an opportunity to shape a key growth program in Amazon's JP marketplace.

Given the fast growing stage of the Softlines team you will also be responsible for developing processes, tools and content for this new service.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable influencing senior external stakeholders (up to CEO), have strong sales and/or marketing skills, track record of using data and tools to drive business growth, make right hire decisions, and be comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment given the fast growing stage of Softlines business.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience using analytical, account management, and productivity tools, such as, Oracle Business Intelligence, SalesForce, Tableau, or similar
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
  • Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions
  • 5+ years of account or relationship management, small business logistics, or retail/vendor/supplier management experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA
