About the Role:
Data Governance Lead will be responsible for leading the data governance initiatives across the company and managing organizational master data. The role includes ownership of the Informatica MDM platform, ensuring quality and consistency of data across systems. This role requires strong knowledge of data management and governance principles.
What you'll do:
- Manage and maintain the Informatica MDM platform.
- Manage the master data hosted Informatica and other systems (e.g., SAP).
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of master data across the organization.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies and standards.
- Handle integration with other systems using Boomi, Informatica or HULFT.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand data needs.
- Monitor data quality and resolve issues with the data owners.
- Implement the data stewardship culture across the organization.
- Support data migration, transformation, and consolidation projects.
- Provide training and guidance to users on data processes and best practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, metadata management, data lineage, and master data integration.
- Experience with Informatica MDM (or similar) and iPaaS platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication abilities, and proven leadership managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder expectations.
- Understanding data integration, quality, modeling, and governance methodologies.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams.

- Flexible and open to learning new tools and methods.
- An excellent knowledge of the Japanese skills (native is preferred).
- Business-level proficiency in English (preferred, but not mandatory).
Knowledge and Qualifications:
- Certified Data Management Professionals - CDMP (preferred)
- Informatica Certified Professional (preferred)
- Boomi Associate Administrator (nice to have)
- Solid understanding of data management, governance, and integration concepts.
- Data stewardship.
- Experience in working with enterprise data platforms is a plus.
