About the Role
As our HR Training Specialist, you will:
- Deliver engaging, interactive 1-on-1 training sessions tailored to individual trainee needs
- Provide guidance on modern HR strategies and best practices
- Assess trainee progress and adapt content as needed
- Maintain professional documentation and attendance records
- Represent our organization with excellence and professionalism in Tokyo
Trainer Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
Essential Qualifications:
1.
English Proficiency – Fluent in English; ability to communicate complex HR concepts clearly and professionally
2.
Subject Matter Expertise – Deep knowledge of HR functions, compliance, employee relations, and organizational best practices
3.
Professional Experience – Minimum 3 years in Human Resources Management
4.
Industry Expertise – Proven track record in strategic HR, talent management, organizational development, or related specializations
5.
Teaching/Mentoring Skills – Demonstrated ability to teach, mentor, and develop professionals; experience in corporate training is highly preferred
6.
Adaptability – Ability to customize training content to meet individual trainee needs and learning styles
Preferred (Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a corporate trainer or executive coach
- International HR experience (exposure to international business culture is a plus)
- Experience with 1on1 or smallgroup training delivery
- Published articles, case studies, or thought leadership in HR management
- MBA or advanced degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- HR Certification (SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent)
