次世代の航空機である空飛ぶクルマ(eVTOL/電動垂直離発着機)の型式証明取得に向け、パイロット訓練および運航基準策定のスペシャリストとして以下の業務を担っていただきます。ご経験やスキル、開発状況に応じて、いずれかの領域をメインにご担当いただきます。
- FSB(Flight Standard Board)関連業務:
- eVTOLのパイロットライセンスの要件定義と国内外の航空当局との調整業務を推進します。
- eVTOLのパイロット訓練開発及びT5試験。(eVTOLの操縦及び操縦教育を行っていただく場合もあります)
- 運航フェーズにおける潜在的な危険源を特定し、安全対策の提案と実装支援。
- 各機能の安全性評価結果を関係部署に共有し、設計へのフィードバックを実施。
- FSTD(Flight Simulation Traing Device)関連業務:
- パイロット訓練に不可欠なフライトシミュレーターの導入・認証に関わる以下の業務を推進します。
- eVTOL飛行訓練用シミュレーターの要件定義、開発計画策定、および認証計画策定。
- シミュレーターメーカーや関連ベンダーとの契約および技術交渉、並びにプロジェクトマネジメント。
- シミュレーターの性能評価、精度検証、および国内外の航空当局からの認証取得。
- F03(飛行規程検証)関連業務:
- eVTOLの飛行規程の要件定義と、国内外の航空当局との調整業務を推進します。
- 飛行規程の認証計画の策定と、認証計画についての航空当局との合意を取得する。
- 機体開発部門並びにパイロット訓練開発部門と協力し、必要な飛行試験項目を策定。
- 飛行試験データの分析を行い、飛行規程に記載される性能、操縦性、安定性等の技術的根拠を検証。
- 航空当局への提出資料の作成、および運航審査官との協議、並びに飛行規程の承認を取得。
- 飛行規程の更新や維持管理。

- 航空機の運航、訓練、および関連法規に関する深い知識
- 未知の領域を切り拓くチャレンジ精神と、変化に柔軟に対応できる適応力
- 航空局を含む社内外の関係者(運航審査官、設計者、テストパイロット等)と円滑にコミュニケーションを図れる能力
歓迎スキル
- eVTOL業界での実務経験
- 国内外の航空局との折衝・調整業務、もしくは運航審査に携わったご経験
- 航空機の事業用操縦士ライセンスをお持ちの方
- 運航会社等でパイロット向けトレーニングの企画・運用経験
- 航空機の型式証明や耐空性審査に関する実務経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力(口頭・書面)
