The Opportunity (部署およびポジションの概要)
当部では日本の福利厚生マーケットにおいて、GLTD(団体長期障害所得補償保険)およびIPMI(国際医療保険)商品の新規顧客開拓を推進しています。事業拡大のため、営業リソースの強化が急務となっており、新たなスペシャリストを募集します。候補者の適性によっては、現チームマネージャーのサブマネージャーとしてリーダーシップを発揮していただく可能性もあります。
業務内容/Major Duties
- 日本国内の法人顧客・見込み顧客に対するGLTD/VLTDおよびIPMI商品の新規開拓営業
- 顧客ニーズの把握、提案書・見積書の作成、契約クロージングまでの一連の営業プロセスの遂行
- 市場動向・競合分析、営業戦略の立案・実行
- 他営業部等、社内関連部門との連携
(候補者の適性によって追加の役割)
- チームのサブマネージャーとして、チームメンバーへの指導・育成・サポート
- チームマネージャーの補佐業務
応募資格(経験・スキル) / Requirement - Skills and Qualification
【必須条件】
法人営業経験(保険業界経験者歓迎)
- 団体保険商品に関する知識・経験
- 高いコミュニケーション能力と交渉力
- 新規開拓営業への意欲と実績
- 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語力あれば尚可
(サブマネージャー候補の場合)
- チームリーダーやサブマネージャーとしてのマネジメント経験
- ピープルマネージメントスキル
- チームビルディングや人材育成への意欲

- GLTDに関する知識・経験
- IPMIに関する知識・経験、及びビジネス英語能力以上
【勤務条件】
契約期間:期間の定めなし
試用期間:あり(3か月)
給与: 経験、能力などに応じて、当社規定により決定
勤務地:東京23区
勤務時間:9:00-17:00(休憩60分・実働7時間)フレックスタイム制、残業有 ※残業代の付与条件は規定による
待遇:賞与、各種社会保険、確定拠出年金等
休日:完全週休2日制(土・日)、祝日、年末年始(12/30~1/3)年次有給、リフレッシュ休暇等
