送迎ドライバーと聞くと、運転だけを行うイメージが強いかもしれませんが実は違います車に乗っていただくお客様にいかに快適に過ごしていただくかという"おもてなし"の要素が大切なお仕事になります。だからこそ、今までの経歴にとらわれず、業界未経験の方も積極的に採用しています。入社時の研修では顧客送迎運行の理解、運行業務の習熟、安全・防衛運転指導などを行います。当社で働いている従業員は中途入社が50%を超えていますので、ドライバー未経験の方もご安心ください
<40~50代のスタッフ活躍中>
警備会社セコムの関連会社で、練馬区役所の職員の方が移動する際に、公用車で送迎をしていただくお仕事になります。付随業務として、車両の日常点検・清掃・洗車・給油・日報の記載を行っていただきます。基本的に近場での送迎が多く、夜間や長距離の運転は発生しないため、体力的にも精神的にも余裕を持ちながら働くことができます。
<嬉しい土日祝休み日勤のみでプライベートも充実>
ドライバーと言っても宿泊を伴う運転や長距離の運転はなく、毎日きちんと家に帰ることができるお仕事なので、勤務がある日もゴールデンタイムには帰宅することができ、趣味など自分の好きなことに時間を充てたり、家族との時間を過ごしたりなど…仕事終わりのプライベート時間も充実できます。 また基本的に土日祝休みなので、メリハリをつけて仕事ができるのもポイント年間休日も120日以上あるので、旅行や趣味の時間に充ててリフレッシュすることもできます。
