・普通自動車運転免許

・メーカーやディベロッパー、ゼネコンに対しての営業経験

・技術営業の経験

・ゼネコンでの営業経験

・建設系企業において、官公庁、ゼネコン、設計コンサル等に対しての営業経験

・官庁入札案件における積算、入札、契約の対応

営業(官庁営業/民間営業) ※土日休み ※年間休日120日以上

【仕事内容】

地質・土質調査/地下水調査/土壌汚染調査など、調査分野に軸足を置いた

営業活動を行っていただきます。

ご経験によって以下の<官庁営業>と<民間営業>の業務の割り振りを

検討しています。

【職務詳細】

<官庁営業>

  • 誰に:国土交通省、地方自治体、独立行政法人等
  • 何を:地質・土質調査/地下水調査/土壌汚染調査など
  • 手法:業務発注情報の収集、入札参加手続き、積算、契約等

<民間営業>

  • 誰に:ゼネコン、エンジニアリング企業、デベロッパー、設計事務所、

コンサルタント企業等

  • 何を:技術的課題や潜在ニーズを解決に導くための業務提案
  • 手法:現地下見~技術職員との連携による調査計画・提案~見積作成等

【年収・給与】

年収:450万~700万程度月給制:月額250000円給与:経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇賞与:年3回(4ヶ月分の実績あり)昇給:年1回

通勤手当、家族手当(扶養義務のある 配偶者5,000円、23歳未満の子5,000円/1人)、住居手当、厚生年金基金、退職金制度、従業員持株制度、契約保養所(全国)、在宅勤務制度、資格手当、地域手当

喫煙情報:屋内原則禁煙(喫煙室あり)

東京メトロ日比谷線「入谷」駅徒歩5分

勤務地変更の範囲:本社及び全国の事業場、支社、営業所

【勤務時間】

9:00~17:30(実働7.5時間)

【休日休暇】

【年間休日日数125日】完全週休2日制(土・日)、祝日、年末年始休暇(12月29日~1月3日)、夏季休暇(5日)、合併記念日、有給休暇(10~20日)、特別休暇(冠婚葬祭) など
