職務内容
- 中途採用活動のリード
- 担当ブランドや部門のHRビジネスパートナー業務
- 人事チームメンバーの管理・育成
- グローバル人事プロジェクトへの参加
- 従業員エンゲージメント施策の推進
- パフォーマンス管理プロセスの監督
- 国内外の労使関係(IR)ポリシー遵守
理想の人材
- HR経験5年以上(特に中途採用に強みがある方)
- ピープルマネジメント経験(直接管理経験がなくてもマネージャートラック検討可)
- 年1回以上の豊橋出張が可能
- HRゼネラリストまたはHRBPとしてキャリアを伸ばしたい方
- MS Officeスキル(Excel、Word、PowerPoint)に精通
- グローバル環境で働く情熱を持つ方
- 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル(口頭能力必須)
