【仕事内容】

・HRオペレーションの企画から実行

テクニカルセンターのHRオペレーション(報酬・評価・給与・労務管理・HRIS等)

全体業務が効果的に実行されるようマネジメント・改善企画をする。

・人事施策の企画/運用

報酬・評価等の人事制度および各種規則の見直し・運用・改善を適宜実行して組織運営をサポートする。

・HRBP機能

他部門と連携を図り、適材適所の配置、人事異動・組織の新設改廃、制度運用、チェンジマネジメントなど組織運営が停滞しないように職場および社員を支援する。

・グループHRとの連携

グループ内のローカル・グローバルなプロジェクトに参加およびリードして人事施策を実行する。

【勤務地】

所在地 :東京都品川区(R&D拠点)

品川シーサイド駅から、徒歩5分以内の場所にあり、2022年7月に新しく新設された自動運転機能を開発する研究開発センターです。フリーアドレス化を導入していたり(人事は専用室あり)、個室ブースで打合せできるスペースが設けられております。開発拠点となり、日本人以外に様々な国の方が働いており、インターナショナルの環境です。

【勤務時間】

8:30~17:30 (所定労働時間8時間)

フレックスタイム:あり

休憩時間:60分(12:30~13:30)

在宅ワークも可能(週2回)

【報酬】

年収 ~1,100万円

本ポジションの現金年間総報酬レンジで経験や現行の報酬を考慮します。

【必須(MUST)】

・人事業務に関していずれかの実務経験(人事企画、採用、教育、人事制度、労務)をお持ちの方

・ビジネスレベルでの日本語、英語能力(外国籍社員との英語コミュニケーションあり)

【歓迎(WANT)】

・外資系企業や海外での勤務経験

・製造業(自動車関連、電気器具等)での勤務経験

・戦略的に実行できるアクティブな方(人事戦略とオペレーション双方をこなせる方が望ましい)

・データの取りまとめができる方

・以前、当社で3年以上勤務された経験をお持ちの方も積極採用しております
