仕事内容:

カスタマーサポート事業を行う会社で、グルメサイトの問い合わせ対応をお願いします。

主にサイトを利用している顧客(飲食店)からの「予約枠を増やしたい」「コースの追加をしたい」等の問い合わせに対する回答をお願いします。

法人顧客がメイン2週間~1か月研修がありますので安心してスタートができます

直接雇用の可能性あり時短、扶養内勤務の相談もOK
