【募集の背景】
マリン製品の販売拡大と新機種リリースにより、現地法人やディストリビューターへの技術支援、アフターサービス体制強化が求められています。マリン事業の中核を担うサービス課で、新たなサービス技術の提供価値を高めていく仲間を募集します。
職務内容
【期待する役割・責任】
販売店のメンテナンス・修理・故障診断のプロセスを改善する診断機ツールの開発や
製品開発へサービス現場ニーズを反映する新機種サービスのプロジェクトリーダーを担って頂きます。
【業務詳細】
サービス新機種業務
└国内外のサービス部門(販売店、整備、部品など)の要望を精査し
開発部門、生産部門、営業部門とより良い製品を作るためにプロジェクトを推進します。
サービス技術開発業務
└販売店向け診断機の企画・開発・上市プロジェクトを推進します。
(海外出張が年2~3回ほど発生します)
※海外の現地法人・ディストリビューターと連携し、新製品へのサービス性レベル向上を目指します。
※専門性や適性、会社ニーズなどを踏まえ、会社が定める業務への配置転換を命じる場合があります

【求める経験・スキル】
内燃機関・輸送機器に関するフィールドサービスまたはテクニカルサービスのご経験
┗例:自動車、バイク、船外機、航空機、農機など
英語でのコミュニケーションに抵抗がない方
┗翻訳ツール使用可能、海外の会議に関しては英語が堪能なスタッフが担当します
┗TOEIC600点目安(海外出張の機会が多く提供されます)
┗入社後の習得でも可能です

自動車整備士資格(2級以上)
業務改善企画立案、実行のご経験
日本語、及び英語で文書作成、説明、会議運営のご経験
