【募集の背景】
マリン製品の販売拡大と新機種リリースにより、現地法人やディストリビューターへの技術支援、アフターサービス体制強化が求められています。マリン事業の中核を担うサービス課で、グローバルサービス品質をさらに高めていく仲間を募集します。
職務内容
【期待する役割・責任】
船外機を使用しているお客様に安心安全な製品をお届けし、サービスレベルの向上にフィールド・テクニカルサービスの面で貢献していただく担当をしていただきます。
【業務詳細】
テクニカル業務
└現地法人やディストリビューターからの市場品質情報のレポートの収集・解析、および研究所・開発・量産へのフィードバック
└対策部品の手配・展開に向けた社内連携
フィールド業務
└現地法人・ディストリビューター向けのメンテナンス・アフターサービス用の技術研修の企画・資料作成・実行(海外出張が年2~3回ほど発生します)
└新機種導入時の研修・支援を通したサービス体制の構築
└リギング(ハンドル・リモコン・ハーネス等)の搭載支援のためのカタログやシステムオーダーの準備
※海外の現地法人・ディストリビューターと連携し、サービスレベル向上に向けた支援を行います
※専門性や適性、会社ニーズなどを踏まえ、会社が定める業務への配置転換を命じる場合があります

【求める経験・スキル】
内燃機関・輸送機器に関するフィールドサービスまたはテクニカルサービスのご経験
┗ 例:自動車、バイク、船外機、航空機、農機など
英語でのコミュニケーションに抵抗がない方
┗翻訳ツール使用可能、海外の会議に関しては英語が堪能なスタッフが担当します
┗TOEIC600点目安(海外出張の機会が多く提供されます)
┗入社後の習得でも可能です

自動車整備士資格(2級以上)
業務改善企画立案、実行のご経験
日本語、及び英語で文書作成、説明、会議運営のご経験
