・事業会社でのカスタマーサクセス業務の経験

・介護業界での管理・マネジメント業務の経験

・業務でのオンラインツール利用経験(Notion、Slack、Google Workspace、HubSpotなど)

※ 上記以外のツールでも「チームでの情報共有」や「問い合わせ管理」などに使った経験があれば歓迎です。

仕事内容


カスタマーサクセス(介護領域)

【仕事内容】

オンボーディングやサポート業務に加え、データを活用した改善提案や、プロダクト開発チームとの連携を通じて、より良いユーザー体験を共創していきたいと考えております

< 1 > サービスマネジメント業務

ご利用者様が安心してサービスをご利用いただけるように、介護環境の整備やサポート体制の構築を担っていただきます。また、フリーランスとして活躍されている介護士の方々とも日々連携し、双方にとってより良い手配・サービス提供が行えるよう伴走していただくポジションです。利用者様・介護士の双方と関係性を築きながら、サービスの調整や運営に携わるとともに、運用上の気づきをもとに改善提案を行っていくことも期待しています。

ご利用者様に関する業務

・お問い合わせいただいた方へのヒアリング・ご状況の整理

・ご希望に沿ったサービス内容やスケジュールのご提案

・システムを使った介護士のアサイン・日程調整

・初回サービス前のご説明・導入サポート

・サービス提供後のレポート確認や継続的な見守り対応

・ご家族とのコミュニケーションやフォロー

介護士に関する業務

・ご希望やスキルを踏まえたお仕事のご案内・調整

・日々のやりとりやご相談への対応、信頼関係の構築

その他の業務

・請求に関わる事務対応

・サービスに関するご案内文などの作成

ご利用者様や介護士の方々から寄せられる声をもとに、「もっとこうだったらいいのに」という気づきをサービス改善につなげていく業務です。現場で得た知見をもとに、社内で意見を出し合いながら、業務やシステムに関する提案・フィードバックを行い、より良いサービスづくりに貢献していただきます。

・サービス体験の向上につながるアイデアの発案

・社内メンバーと連携しながら、業務上の課題や改善点を共有

・必要に応じてシステム開発チームへの改善提案や相談

【年収・給与】

想定年収 4,012,352円~6,020,638円・月給296,688円~445,188円※時間調整手当70,640円~105,997円(残業40h分含)※ご経験・スキルを考慮して決定いたします。・交通費あり(5,000円/日、50,000円/月まで)・賞与:年2回(ただし業績・評価による)・給与改定:年2回(ただし業績・評価による)

勤務形態:基本リモートワーク(毎週金曜にオフィス出社有)

【勤務時間】

3勤制(7:00~16:00 / 9:00~18:00 / 12:00~21:00)

【休日休暇】

休日:土日祝(年間休日120日 ※2025年度)

※ただしシフトによる月1日~4日程度の休日出勤が発生します。休日出勤分は平日に振替休日を取得いただきます

特別休暇:夏季休暇3日、冬季休暇12/29~1/4

有給休暇:入社日より付与(社内規定に準拠)
