港区南青山のオフィスでキャリアアドバイザーのお仕事です。

【主な業務内容】

面談業務:求職者との詳細なヒアリングとキャリア整理

提案業務:最適な転職先企業の紹介と提案

支援業務:面接準備から入社まで徹底サポート

その他:事務作業やクライアント対応

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥220,000 〜 ¥400,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥20,000〜¥80,000(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
