「【辰巳】戦略コンサルタント:物流・製造拠点の自動化改革/DX」のポジションの求人です
【本ポジションについて】
コンサルタントとして、製造・物流・流通等の多様な領域において、"現地現物"を大事にし、課題抽出から改善施策の提案・実行支援までを主体的に担います。現場と経営の双方を意識し、顧客の課題を整理・可視化するとともに、効果的な解決策を導き出す役割を果たします。
また、顧客担当者との信頼関係を築きながら、プロジェクトを円滑に進行させ、成果の最大化に貢献。そして、プロジェクトのオーナーとして、分析力・提案力・実行力を発揮し、将来的な大型案件や新テーマの創出にもつながる価値提供を目指します。
【募集背景】
事業急成長による増員。
顧客からの厚い信頼と強い要望をいただき、2023年7月に第1期コンサルティング事業をスタート。
わずか半年間で、事業の好評と好調に良り、2024年1月にはアクセンチュアとのジョイントベンチャーを設立し、同社事業は第3フェーズ「トータルエンジニアリング事業」へと突入し、国内事業の拡大はかつてないスピードで成長しています。
【具体的な職務内容】
・物流・製造領域の中長期将来構想(ロードマップ、KPI体系)を設計し、実行計画まで伴走
・現地調査/ヒアリング、データ分析(生産性・在庫・設備稼働率・人件費等)に基づく課題の特定
・現行物流スキームや製造工程・生産ラインの改善、および新規スキームの要件定義・設計・構築・運用立上げを伴走(PoC/試験導入、現場の反応把握・チェンジマネジメントを含む)
・社内外のステークホルダーを巻き込み、計画・進捗・課題を統合管理し合意形成を主導
・新規案件の提案活動(ヒアリング・課題整理・仮説構築・提案書作成・プレゼンテーション)
・その他コンサルタントに付随する業務

■生産技術部門における将来構想検討・戦略検討に携わった経験
■サプライチェーン戦略に携わった経験
■構内物流自動化/製造ライン自動化における経験
■コンサルティングファームでの製造DX支援の経験
【歓迎要件】
▼本部長クラス以上の方との折衝経験
▼プライムベンダーでの事業開発の経験
▼製造業の生産技術部門にて、自動化設備の企画経験もしくは導入経験
▼物流業もしくは倉庫ベンダーで設備も含める物流改善の経験
▼スマートファクトリー、AGV、ロボティクス、IoT、SCM、DX推進に関する知見
▼事業会社での経営企画、事業開発の経験
▼自動化ソリューション/産業オートメーションにおける要件定義、導入、プロジェクトマネジメントの経験
【給与】
年収 700 ~ 1100 万円
経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
