【主な業務内容】

・建築予定現場の確認(敷地形状や設備、境界、造成の仕上がり、隣地状況など)

・お客様との現地立会い(建築中の建物をお客様と一緒に確認)

・完成内覧時の傷や不備のチェック、設備の使用方法説明

・着工前の現場写真撮影、近隣住宅への着工挨拶

入社後はしっかりとした引継ぎ・研修があり、未経験の方も安心してスタートできます。少数精鋭のチームで、営業・設計・施工管理が密に連携しながら高品質な家づくりに取り組んでいます。

月給29万円~、年収例は主任職550万円、係長職700万円、課長職1000万円と、頑張りがしっかり評価される環境です。賞与年2回、役職・資格手当も充実しています。

業界水準を大きく上回る休日数。週休2日制で希望休も取得しやすく、有給も入社日から付与。産休・育休や看護・介護休暇など、ライフステージに合わせた働き方が可能です。

勤務地は東京都渋谷区のオフィス。転居を伴う異動や転勤はありません。都心で安定して働けます。
