■職務内容
PlayStation プラットフォームにおけるセキュリティ機能開発プロジェクトを推進し、チームが最大限の成果を発揮できるよう支援する役割を担います。

エンジニアが技術業務に集中できる環境を整え、関係者との調整や情報整理を通じて、プロジェクトを効果的かつ円滑に進めていただきます。

主な業務内容:

・プロジェクト計画の策定、進捗・課題・リスク管理

・社内ステークホルダーとの調整、依存関係の解消、合意形成

・プロジェクト情報の整理・標準化・可視化(レポート、ダッシュボード等)

・チームが技術業務に集中できる環境の整備とサポート

・会議体の設計・運営、意思決定に必要な情報の提供

・PMスキル習得を希望するエンジニアへのOJT・育成支援

■求められるスキル・技術領域
【以下のいずれか一つ(MUST) 】

・ソフトウェア開発プロジェクトにおける進行管理の実務経験

・スケジュール管理、リスク管理、課題管理のスキル

・開発プロセス(アジャイル/ウォーターフォール等)への理解

・エンジニア・ステークホルダーとの円滑なコミュニケーション・調整力

・複雑な情報を整理し、分かりやすく可視化・共有できる能力

・ソフトウェア開発に関する基本的な技術理解(専門的なコーディングスキルは不問)

・セキュリティに関する理解

・複数プロジェクトを同時並行で推進した経験

・グローバルチームや多様な文化背景を持つメンバーとの協働経験

・プロジェクトマネジメント資格(PMP、Scrum Masterなど)

・ダッシュボード、BIツール、プロジェクト管理ツール(Jira、Confluence、Asana等)の活用経験

・エンジニア出身で技術とPMの両面に理解がある方

【語学力(英語)】

・英語で記述された技術資料の読解が可能な方

・グローバルなチームとの連携が重要となるため、英語でのコミュニケーションを必要とするケースがあります。現在の語学スキルに関わらず、自動翻訳ツールを駆使してでも、積極的に取り組むかたを期待します。

【語学力(日本語)】

・日本語能力試験N1または同等以上のスキルを有していること

・普段の業務は日本語にて行います
