勤務場所
- このポジションはハイブリッドであり、週に3日海浜幕張本社での勤務が必要です(出社する曜日や頻度は部門ごとに異なります)。
仕事内容
- 市場トレンドの分析、売れる商品・ブランドの発掘および選定
- ベンダーとの交渉(価格・取引条件)、関係構築、新規開拓
- 社内関連部署(番組制作、マーケティング等)との連携および販売戦略の策定
- 在庫計画、売上・利益管理、放送枠の調整
- 国内外の展示会視察および競合調査
- PB商品の企画・開発推進
応募資格
- 仕入れ・バイヤーまたはバイヤーアシスタント経験:5年以上、特に健康グッズや関連商材の経験
- 商品知識:健康商品、ダイエットサプリメント、フィットネス用品などの知識
- 交渉力・コミュニケーション力:サプライヤーやメーカーとの条件交渉に必須
- 数値管理能力:年次販売計画や販促計画の策定に基づく数値管理

労働条件
- 契約期間:期間の定めなし
- 試用期間:あり(6カ月)
- 就業時間:フルフレックス(標準動労時間:1日あたり8時間、休憩1時間、コアなし)
- 休日:土日、祝日
- 休暇:年次有給休暇(入社月に応じて変動。1年間で15日付与)/年末年始/慶弔/誕生日/ボランティア
- 残業:あり(平均月10~20時間)
- 給与:年俸制
- (1)基本給 個人のスキル・経験に応じて付与
- (2)残業代 全額別途支給
- (3)賞与 会社と個人の業績に応じて付与
- 通勤手当:会社規定に基づき支給(上限月額5,000円/日)
