全国・海外に展開する「ケン・ホテル&リゾートホールディングス」の一員として、プレミアホテル-CABIN-札幌・旭川・帯広を運営しています。ケン・コーポレーションの傘下において、安定経営を続けています。

【お仕事内容】

社内システムの管理やPC・デバイスのセットアップなど、業務は多岐に渡りますが、社内インフラを調整するのが当部署の役割です。

デスクワークだけではなく、ホテルに出向き、PCのセットアップなども行います。

さまざまな業務を行うため、毎日が新鮮で飽きのこない業務です。

経験内容・適性に合わせて業務をお任せしますが、社内のシステム管理業務をお願いします。

  • 社内ヘルプデスクなどをお願いします。

今回は、ホテル運営会社を支えるバックオフィスを強化するために「社内システム管理スタッフ」を募集することになりました。

あなたの強みを当社で活かしていただければと思います。

教育・研修について


入社後は、会社・制度などについての基礎研修を実施します。

その後、現場の先輩スタッフについていただき、業務を覚えていただきます。

専門的なことは、徐々に身につけていただければ問題ありません。

チームで動いており近くに先輩スタッフがおりますので、ご安心ください。

資格


普通自動車免許(AT限定可)

求める人物像


未経験者応募OK、パソコン操作できる方(Excel・Word・PowerPoint)、出張が可能な方

年齢


35歳未満の方(例外3)

(例外事由3号イ)長期勤続によるキャリア形成目的のための年齢制限

60歳未満の方・60歳定年制(例外1)

(例外事由1号)定年年齢を下回ることを条件に募集・採用するための年齢制限

(65歳まで再雇用制度有)

9:00〜18:00(休憩60分/実働8時間)

残業


繁忙期を除けば残業はほとんどありません。

休日


週休2日制(土曜・日曜・祝日)

※会社カレンダーにより、月1回程度の土曜日出社あり

※今年の連休例/GW(5日)、お盆(4日)、年末年始(8日)

GW・お盆・年末年始、年次有給休暇(3カ月経過後10日)、介護休業、出産・育児休業、慶弔休暇、看護休業、アニバーサリー休暇

※2026年度は112日に年間休日数が増加します。

給与


月給200,000円~305,000円(一律ホテル手当20,000円、食事手当5,000円含む)

※必ずしも月給200,000円スタートではなく、上記範囲内で前職の給与、経験・年齢などを総合的に考慮した上で給与を決定いたします。

時間外労働手当、役職手当、通勤手当(上限月額35,000円)
