仕事内容

CJ FOODS JAPANの

受発注業務をお任せします。

倉庫とのやり取り、データ管理など、

食品の"流れ"を支えるポジションです。

▼主な業務内容

・受注リストでの受注状況確認

(Excel、PDF、SAP)

・倉庫業者への確認

・倉庫配送状況の確認

・顧客への状況/対応説明

・受注データ修正(SAP、Excel)

・受注データ入力(OCR)

・新規顧客登録(WEB、Excel)

・返品、引取り手配等

・その他受発注係る庶務

・データ入力経験

・PCの基本的なスキル

・受発注のアシスタント経験

・ビジネスでの韓国語使用経験

・Excelの操作

※SUM、VLOOKUP、ピボットテーブル

・SAP、OCR、WMSなどの利用経験

・物流事務の未経験OK
