募集範囲と具体的業務内容:
主に製造業、流通、金融の各プロジェクトにおいて、お客様のパートナーであり続けるためのデリバリー変革を実現するリーダーを担当していただきます。顧客からの要求、ビジネスニーズに応じて、自らがリードし、顧客、関連ステークホルダーと連携しながらプロジェクトの上流工程から牽引いただきます。またグローバルプロジェクトにおいては、グローバルマインドと、異文化に対する理解を持ち、グローバルリソースをマネジメントしていただきます。

必須の経験:
・キャリアや資格・言語 以下の経験必須
・5名体制以上のシステム開発プロジェクトのリーダー経験

・C言語、JAVAの開発経験
・アジャイル開発の実践経験
・SAP(S/4HANA、BTP基盤)、Salesforce、ServiceNow

・英語によるコミュニケーション、ドキュメンテーション、
プレゼンテーション経験
