【主な仕事内容】

  • 書類作成
  • ・整合性のチェック

・行政庁や消防などに郵送や電子送付

  • データ入力
  • ・申請書の記載内容を台帳システムに入力
  • データ管理、保管
  • ・入力したデータの保管(紙、電子)

・図面管理

  • 電話、来客対応、請求書作成 など

専用の業務アプリを使用し業務を行います。

ルーティンワークだけでなく、柔軟な対応力やマルチタスクのスキルも身に付く環境です。

【入社後について】

入社後は【全社研修事業部研修OJT研修】を予定しています。

1カ月ごとにお任せする業務範囲を更新し、ステップを踏んでスキルアップが可能です。

だいたい半年くらいが独り立ちの目安となります。
