【職務詳細】

直近の課題や開発目標は以下の通りです。

・AIなどの先端技術を活用した新機能の開発

・海外展開や大手顧客に対応できるプロダクト品質の確保

・システムアーキテクチャの提案と推進

・開発生産性を高める仕組みやプロセスの構築

・プロダクト開発エンジニアが直面する技術課題の解決支援

■新規プロダクト開発への挑戦

経営者や人事部門だけでなく、働くすべての人々に価値を届ける新しいプロダクトの開発に取り組んでいます。

エンジニアも、顧客インタビューに同席し、直接声を聞きながら仮説を立て、要件定義や設計の段階から深く関与することができます。このプロセスを通して、事業全体に影響を与えるプロダクトを生み出し、他では得られない大きなやりがいを感じられる環境です。また、これほど多様な層に価値を届けるプロダクトの開発は、他に類を見ない挑戦であり、技術的にも新しい要求が多く、未知の領域を探索しながらエンジニアとして成長を実感できる機会に満ちています。

・Webアプリケーション設計・開発・運用経験(3年以上)

・アジャイル開発(リーン、デザイン思考、スクラム等)の基礎知識

・プロジェクト管理経験

・テックリード経験

【給与】

年収:800万~1200万程度

月給制:月額541500円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年4回(1月、4月、7月、10月)

昇給:社内テーブル規約に則る。

東京都中央区銀座 歌舞伎座タワー 15階

都営地下鉄浅草線、東京メトロ日比谷線「東銀座」駅より徒歩5分 ※リモートと出社ハイブリッド

勤務地変更の範囲:本社及び全国の事業場、支社、営業所

【勤務時間】

フレックスタイム(コアタイム11:00~15:00)

契約期間:無期

試用期間:有(6ヶ月(条件等は変わりません))
