Group Overview:
The Tech PR Group is responsible for communications activities related to the technological aspects of Rakuten Group, focusing on infrastructure, platforms, AI and data, and security.
Position details:
In this role, you will be part of a team leading efforts to communicate the technological aspects of Rakuten with audiences in Japan and overseas. Your position will involve formulating PR strategies for tech-related announcements and activities. You will communicate new technologies and strategies, and their impact on the company and the industry. You will aim to build and strengthen relations with media, particularly tech media. You will also support the communications activities for senior executives in tech, identifying, evaluating and targeting key speaking opportunities and events, as well as developing presentation materials. In the role, you will also manage communications through Tech managed owned and social media channels and closely collaborate with other teams on the development and sharing of content.
