Technical support of power semiconductors such as IGBT, SiC and module products, focusing on traction inverters, OBC (On Board Charger), DC/DC converters, and electric compressors used in xEVs.
Main Responsibilities
- Expand sales of power semiconductor products to customers together with sales and marketing
- Make appropriate product proposals to win business at our customers and establish long-lasting relationships
- Work with headquarters and site engineers to address and lead their solution of technical issues.
- Understand market trends, requirements and propose new product development through technical discussions with customers and automotive OEMs.

Requirements
- Experience or equivalent background in power electronics (IGBT, SiC, GaN, MOSFET) and their applications
- Communication skills to work in a team environment with people inside and outside the company and the ability to work independently.
- Business level Japanese and English language skills (ability to handle minimum work-related tasks such as conference calls, emails, presentations, etc.)
- Curiosity and willingness to keep on learning
- Highly committed to full satisfaction of our customers as well as all internal/external partners
Ideal qualifications
- High voltage semiconductors or automotive power electronics Experience in product development, design and evaluation of high voltage semiconductors or automotive power electronics (OEM or Tier-1 experience plus)
- Experience in automotive ECU design (including mechanical design)
- Semiconductor process technology, Experience in development of semiconductor process technology and packaging technology
