・週4日勤務(週休3日)
・シフト制
・勤務シフトは日勤のみです。
※シフトは以下a,b,cの3パターンです。
a.8:30~17:30
b.11:00~20:00
c.13:00~22:00
(実働8h休憩60分)
※上記シフトのいずれも担当する可能性があります。
※次月シフトはその前月に決定されます。
※年間休日156日以上。
※原則残業はございません。
※有給休暇は半年後10日付与。
※もし夜勤などもご希望の方は、週休4日も可能です。

仕事内容
お相手にする障害をもった方は、
・統合失調症
・摂食障害
などの精神障害を持った方です。
人によって原因は異なりますが、
健常者が当然のように送れている生活でも、
障害をもった方にとっては困難の連続です。
そういった生き辛さを、
優しく取り除いてあげるのが私たち支援者の
仕事になります。
お身体を運ぶといった身体的介護は少なく、
コミュニケーションをとって利用者様と
仲良くなり、必要な支援を継続的に
提供することが求められます。
※入居者様の体調がすぐれないときに、
倒れないように横からお身体を
支えたりすることはございます。
- 想定される主な支援内容
〇食事提供
(調理は基本的になし)
〇利用者様との個別カウンセリング
〇生活するうえでの支援全般
(居室清掃支援等)
〇利用者様との積極的なコミュニケーション
〇外部施設との連絡・連携
〇障がい者手帳申請・障がい者支援区分同行
(主に正社員)
- 利用者様について・・・
〇障がい者区分が3,4の中度の方を
対象としています。
〇精神病院に入院されていた方が、
一人暮らしの前の訓練として
グループホームに入所されることもあります。
〇病院を退院する方は、
薬によって精神的な不安定さは
抑えられていて、担当医から退院の
許可をもらっている方です。
退院後も定期的に病院に通い、
症状が悪化しないように観察を行います。
グループホームにおいては、
服薬管理等で状態の安定を図ります。
〇従業員同士で支えあいチーム支援を行い、
利用者様が従業員と適切な関係を
築けるようにコミュニケーションをとっています。
従業員の皆さんが安心して働けるように
チーム体制の構築と、従業員の心のサポートに
重きを置いたマネージメントを行います。
