Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Software Engineer/ Bridge System Engineer (Java, AWS)
based in Tokyo, Japan, collaborating with
Japanese clients
and
offshore teams in Vietnam
.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and clarify project requirements, communicate progress with clients.
• Act as a
  bridge
  between Japanese clients and offshore teams.
• Participate in system design, development, and code review.
• Manage project
  progress and quality
  , including QA and issue resolution.
• Propose technical solutions and improvements.
• Collaborate with
  Project Manager
  on planning and schedule control.
• Perform final checks before product delivery.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Java development (at least 2 years)
• Knowledge and experience with AWS services is PLUS
• Proficiency in writing and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code
• Ability to identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions
• Communication and coordination skills to act as a bridge between development teams and stakeholders
• Japanese communication skills (JLPT N2 or above)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
