■ Job Description
Perform the following tasks related to Web Application Server products (Apache/IHS/IIS/WAS/Tomcat, etc.):
- Project Support: Build, configuration changes, testing tasks, etc.
- Security Response: Patch application, configuration changes, etc.
- BAU (Business As Usual) Operations: Inventory and document maintenance, troubleshooting and inquiry response, meeting participation, etc.
- Technical Support for Efficiency Improvement: Implementation of automation and self-service, etc.
*Note regarding troubleshooting and emergency response: You may be asked to perform tasks if troubleshooting or emergency response is required.
■ Requirements
Experience in the design, build, and operation of the following products:
- Web Application Server products: Apache / IHS / IIS / WAS / Tomcat
(Additionally, the following experience and skills are desirable)
OS Shell (ksh / bash / sh, etc.)
Programming experience using Python scripts
Fluent Japanese.
English proficiency at a level sufficient to gather information and investigate using technical materials, and to correspond via email with global teams.
