◇具体的な業務内容◇

・ご来店されたお客様の対応

お客様がお持ちいただいた商品の確認・査定

・価格調査

相場を調べお客様へ査定金額を提示、ご説明

・商品の卸、出品作業

買取が成立したら商品内容をデータ入力

お客様一人あたりの接客は5分~20分ほど、 一日平均3~4組ほどの対応と少なめですが、

1回の質を高めることで信頼感を得れば結果が出しやすいです

給与:

想定年収:500万円~2,000万円(月給:35万円~80万円)

賞与回数:2回

インセンティブ:あり

<店舗スタッフの場合>

■月給35万円以上(固定残業代含む)+インセンティブ

※固定残業代は、時間外労働の有無に関わらず月35時間分を、一律月5万円支給

上記を超える時間外労働分は追加で支給

<店長昇格の場合>

■月給55万円〜80万(固定残業代含む)+インセンティブ

※固定残業代は、時間外労働の有無に関わらず月37時間分を、一律月5万円支給

上記を超える時間外労働分は追加で支給
