About the Role
We are seeking a
Data Analyst
to join the Data Engineering team and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to turn data into insights that inform product and business decisions. You'll help strengthen the company's data-driven culture by developing reports, improving data quality, and supporting analytical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, interpret, and document data models and data flows
- Design and develop business, financial, and regulatory reports
- Implement reports using SQL and Python
- Support data quality monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leveraging data to support business objectives
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Technical understanding of data models, pipelines, and data querying
- Excellent communication skills in English; conversational Japanese preferred
- Eligible to work in Japan
