About The Company

The Role As our Finance (FP&A) Lead in Japan, you are the "command center" for our most important market. You will turn numbers into strategy, helping our leaders make the right choices. You will manage a talented international team in Japan and work closely with our global partners and overseas offices.

■What You Will Do

・Create yearly budgets and long-term business plans.

・Look at financial results and give advice to senior bosses on how to improve.

・Track key business goals (KPIs) to make sure the company stays on track.

・Help different departments fix financial problems and hit their targets.

・Build better ways to track and report financial data.

・Lead and grow a diverse finance team.

・Support new business deals like mergers (M&A) and partnerships.

Requirements

・5+ years of experience in finance (FP&A) or business strategy.

・Strong skills in building financial models and spreadsheets.

・Experience presenting financial reports to top management.

・Comfortable setting and tracking business targets (KPIs).

■Nice to Have

・Experience leading a finance or planning team.

・Experience setting up new financial software or processes.

・Experience working in Private Equity or high-growth startups.

・Good English skills to work with our international team and global projects.
