仕事内容


東京新聞発行エリア内の販売店にて、運営管理を幅広く担当していただきます。

具体的には、

・新聞販売店の収支管理、顧客管理

・マネジメント業務

・配達、集金

・翌日の折込チラシセット作業

~販売店間の異動について~

ミッションが終了した際は次の販売店へ異動になります。

ミッションに拠りますが、1ヵ月から長くて1年程度で異動があります。

販売店間の異動時は、次の赴任先近くに単身寮をご用意します。

引越費用等は当社で負担しますのでご安心ください。

【具体的な勤務先】

東京新聞発行エリアの販売店での勤務になります。

赴任先の販売店の近くに単身寮を用意しますので、そこからの勤務になります。

【キャリアプラン】

業界経験者も、原則として「店長補佐」からスタート

採用面接で経歴をお聞かせいただき、当社が判断いたします。

当社の業務を学んでいただき、その後3か月~1年程度で「店長」として、販売店の運営管理を担っていただきます。

現場の店長と一緒に仕事をしながら業務を覚えていき、

ある程度業務を覚えてきたら「店長」へステップアップ。

現場責任者としての業務を担っていただきます。
