イメージング・セールス・スペシャリスト(ISS: Imaging Sales Specialist)として、担当のお客さま(病院/医療研究機関)に対し、大型医療機器(CT/MRIなど)を主軸にしたソリューションの提案営業を担当いただきます。 法人営業の経験を活かし、医療業界のお客さまと患者さんのために、共に貢献いただける方をお待ちしています。

Job Description
情報収集と共有
・顧客との関係を構築し、ニーズ・課題などをタイムリーに把握・理解・提案が出来る
・社内外のリソースを有効に活用して、主体的に情報(市場/競合等の動向)を発信している
・自身の持つ情報や知識・技術を共有し、チーム全体のインパクトに貢献している
・蓄積したデータベースを元に、他部署との共有を行うことが出来る。
・自身の職務に関する情報だけでなく、関連する情報/知識を高め、他部署へも発信が出来る(ケアエリア等)
戦略・計画
・与えられた目標数字に対して、四半期ごとの行動計画が立てられている。
・カスタマーへのインパクトの視点から、自分が行うべき業務やタイムラインを把握している
・所属するチームのプライオリティを理解し、その達成のために自身の業務をどのように進めるかを計画している
・業務指示や手順を遵守するとともに、戦略や計画の変更の指示に対しても柔軟に対応している
実行
・コンプライアンスを順守し、社内外において正しい活動を行っている。
・上司等の意見を参考にしながら、活動において意思決定を行うことが出来ている。
・お客様向けの勉強会等を企画し、製品プレゼンテーションが行える。
・利益を意識した活動が行えていること。
・失敗を恐れず、何事にもチャレンジする精神を持っている。
・情報や知識・技術を活用し、またその向上に努めつつ、自身のプライオリティ達成のために行動している
・業務の遂行に関連する情報を、上司等や業務に関わる社員と正確にコミュニケーションして業務を遂行している
・顧客から信頼されるために必要な行動を考えられる
振返り・改善
・自身の行動計画を定期的に振り返り、行動計画を見直す。
・業務を遂行する中での学びや気づきを上司等に報告し、アドバイスを受けつつ、改善に取り組んでいる
・今後身につけるべき知識・スキルを特定し、上司等にアドバイスを求めて、その向上に取り組んでいる
