イメージング・セールス・スペシャリスト(ISS: Imaging Sales Specialist)として、担当のお客さま(病院/医療研究機関)に対し、大型医療機器(CT/MRIなど)を主軸にしたソリューションの提案営業を担当いただきます。 法人営業の経験を活かし、医療業界のお客さまと患者さんのために、共に貢献いただける方をお待ちしています。

Job Description
情報収集と共有
・顧客との関係を構築し、ニーズ・課題などをタイムリーに把握・理解・提案が出来る

・社内外のリソースを有効に活用して、主体的に情報(市場/競合等の動向)を発信している

・自身の持つ情報や知識・技術を共有し、チーム全体のインパクトに貢献している

・蓄積したデータベースを元に、他部署との共有を行うことが出来る。

・自身の職務に関する情報だけでなく、関連する情報/知識を高め、他部署へも発信が出来る(ケアエリア等)

戦略・計画
・与えられた目標数字に対して、四半期ごとの行動計画が立てられている。

・カスタマーへのインパクトの視点から、自分が行うべき業務やタイムラインを把握している

・所属するチームのプライオリティを理解し、その達成のために自身の業務をどのように進めるかを計画している

・業務指示や手順を遵守するとともに、戦略や計画の変更の指示に対しても柔軟に対応している
