Salesforceコンサルタント社風/プライム上場 /離職率5~10%
【仕事内容】
CRMやデジタルマーケティングの業務改革を行うチーム内にて、Salesforceを中心としたクラウド・テクノロジーを活用し、顧客接点改革をはじめとするフロント領域において、構想立案から課題解決の実行まで幅広く支援を行うポジションです。
【ミッション】
Salesforceのソリューション群とそこで集積されるデータを利用することで顧客の指向に合わせて体験を最適化し、豊かな社会の実現を目指します。
【具体的な業務】
・IT全体構想支援(クラウド導入/Salesforceを導入したいクライアントに対する、システム化に向けた構想支援)
・営業やコールセンターに関する業務改革支援、データ分析支援
・要件定義から、設計、開発の導入支援、運用保守、定着化支援
・上記に関わるプロジェクトマネジメント支援
また、上記を推進しながら志向に応じて対外的な教育事業立ち上げ(マーケティング戦略、顧客開拓、教育体系整備、研修運営、パートナーリング等)にも携わっていただきます。

年収600~1300 万円月給制 基本給405500円残業代 固定残業代制固定残業時間: 30時間固定残業代: 95040円超過分は全額支給【通勤手当】 支給あり(会社規定に準ずる) 実費支給【賞与】あり 業績連動賞与あり【昇給】あり 年2~4回(職位によって異なります。) ※上司による面談、自己目標設定・評価に基づいて決定
