成田製薬品質部の品質システム&コンプライアンスグループは、成田工場の文書管理、教育訓練、サプライヤー管理、バリデーション、苦情調査、査察監査マネジメント、自己点検などの品質システムを総括し、工場の品質システムを適切な状態にし維持する、またそれによって工場のGMPコンプライアンスが適合することを目的として、日々活動しています。
職務内容
武田薬品成田工場のバリデーションプログラムを改善し再構築するプロジェクト、或いは無菌医薬品製造に関連するPIC/S GMPガイドラインAnnex 1の対応プロジェクトの品質部門の専門家として、社内の仕組み改善に取り組んでいただきます。
具体的には、バリデーションプログラムの改善プロジェクトでは、工場内の専門家と協同し、工場のバリデーションマスタープランを改訂したり、バリデーションプログラム(SOP)の見直し及び改訂を行い、適切な頻度と内容で、あらゆるバリデーションが実施される仕組み作りに積極的に取り組んでいただける方を求めています。バリデーションは、製造、洗浄、滅菌、コンピュータ、分析法、機器など、あらゆる種類のバリデーションに対応する必要があります。またPIC/S GMPガイドラインAnnex 1の対応プロジェクトでは、無菌医薬品製造に関わるSOPの見直しや改訂を行っていただきます。
この職務を実行するために、GMPに関する知識や経験は当然のこと、無菌医薬品製造やバリデーションにかかわる知識やスキルも向上させていただけるやりがいのある職務です。
仕事のやりがい
工場の品質部門の担当者として、工場内の各専門家とバリデーションプログラムの改善及び再構築を進め、堅牢なバリデーションの仕組みを作り上げる。または、PIC/S GMP Annex 1適合のためにSOPなどの仕組みの改善を行う。
身につく経験・スキル
バリデーションに関する知識、無菌医薬品製造に関する知識、プロジェクトマネジメント、コミュニケーションスキルや問題解決スキルの向上。血液分画製剤のQuality としての経験や知識の蓄積。

応募要件
医薬品GMP或いはGXPでの品質保証関連業務経験(少なくとも2-3年以上)
大卒以上で、薬学、工学、理学、農学系の分野を専攻された方、または関連分野の学士号が望ましい。
もしくは、高専卒・高卒で、5年以上の職務経歴を通じて同等の知識・経験・スキルを有する方。
リーダーシップ、問題解決、コミュニケーション、人材管理/能力
Microsoft Officeアプリケーション(Excel、Power point、Word)のスキル
GXP、ICH、その他の関連ガイドラインを含む、国内および国際的な規制に関する主要な知識。
API、無菌医薬品技術、生物製剤、またはコンビネーション製品に関する主要な知識。
製品の品質または規制違反に関連する潜在的なリスクに関する重要な決定を下すための強力な分析および問題解決スキル。
口頭および書面での優れたコミュニケーション能力。
