【募集の背景】

国際的博覧会を始め多くのインバウンドの方々が、お越し頂いている背景を受け

当社が、運営する有名ホテル内のリラクゼーションコーナーの需要も大きくなってきています。

そこで、これまで以上により一層のサービス向上を目指していくために新規チームの発足となりました。

あなたのこれまでのキャリアを活かして、充分に活躍頂けるステージがあります。

【具体的な内容は】

・事業部全体を運営するために年間目標、月間目標などの管理を行いながら達成に向けての施策立案を行って頂きます。

・あくまでも近い将来の幹部候補生としてのお仕事になりますので、現場で活躍するスタッフたちが、

120%の能力を発揮して頂けるようにサポートし、お客様満足を推進することがあなたのミッションになります

ある意味で管理者であり経営者としての感覚で臨めるお仕事内容になってきます。

1)年間目標・月間目標の計画立案を行って頂きます。

2)目標に対する進捗状況の確認を行いながら、調整を行っていきます。

・目標達成に向けての施策が必要な場合は、具体的にまとめ本部へ申請していきます。

3)月一回のミーティングで進捗の報告やお困りごとなどの相談を行います。

・非常に風通しの良い社風ですので、定例ミーティング以外でもスグに相談し解決できる状況がありますので

一人で困っていることもありません。思いの他、ストレスフリーです

4)本部への事業所運営における状況の報告と共有を行っていきます。

・情報共有することで、スグに解決できることやこれまで以上に効率的な状況を生み出すこともあります。

5)本部からの連絡確認や本部通達に対する実施を行っていきます。

・幹部候補生として、あなたには現場で活躍して頂いているスタッフたちの良きり理解者であり

プレイングマネージャーとして、先頭に立ってショップを盛り上げていって頂きたいと考えています。

求めている人材


【必須】

・近い将来の幹部候補として、セラピストの実務経験を3年以上お持ちの方

【歓迎】

・これまでに若干でもセラピストやエステティシャンなどの経験や知識、能力をお持ちの方

・お客様が喜んでもらえるために努力を惜しまない方

・基本的なPC操作できる方(日報、業務報告など:ワード、エクセル、メールなど)

・U・I・Jターンの方歓迎

【優遇】

・これまでに管理職としての実務経験をお持ちの方

【活躍中】

・20代、30代、40代の方が活躍中

・人と接することが好きな方が活躍中

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1週あたり40時間

14:00~23:00(休憩60分)

※基本的に残業は、有りません。

給与詳細


基本給:月給 23万円 〜 30万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

入社2年:30代:管理職:年収例450万円

入社1年:30代:正社員:年収例350万円

入社1年:40代:アルバイト(週3日出勤):平均月収例14万円
