Manage a team of Customer Project Managers to deliver exceptional service to Equinix customers across Asia Pacific. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and strategic initiatives. Develop and implement best practices to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Data Center Management, and Operations. Lead regular team meetings, develop individual performance goals, and coach team members to achieve excellence. Travel both domestically and internationally to support customer projects and business objectives. Key qualifications include strong leadership skills, ability to build strong relationships, and excellent communication and presentation skills. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in a CPM or CPM management role are required. 2+ years of prior management experience and experience in a high-pressure, customer-facing role are preferred. Experience in a technical industry, such as IT, telecommunications, or data centers, is also beneficial.
