グループ全体で統一された経営管理体制の構築を推進し、「経営管理・会計基準対応の高度化」をリードしていただきます。
親会社(エムスリー:IFRS)と同社(J-GAAP)間で発生する会計基準や管理指標のギャップを解消し、M&A・PMI後の経営体制強化やガバナンス構築まで幅広く担っていただくポジションです。
【ご担当いただく業務】
■ 親会社(IFRS)と同社(J-GAAP)における会計基準・管理指標の調整と統一
■ 財務会計・管理会計の整合を踏まえた経営数値管理体制の構築、資本政策の立案支援
■ M&A後のPMIにおける、経理・財務・システム領域での実行支援
■ 経営管理体制、内部統制、開示制度の設計と運用
■ ガバナンス強化や内部統制整備を通じた経営管理全般への貢献

■IFRSおよびJ-GAAPに関する実務的な理解・調整経験のある方
