【自宅から企業の新卒採用を支えるカスタマーサクセス】

当社が運営する日本最大級の大学生向けWebサイト『インターンシップガイド』は、インターンシップ情報や就活情報の提供により、多くの学生さんに利用いただいています。そして掲載企業様は3000社を超え、さまざまな業界・職種におけるインターンシップ・新卒採用のお手伝いをしてきました。

今回は、そんな『インターンシップガイド』のカスタマーサクセスの募集です。クライアントからの問い合わせ対応や打ち合わせ、メルマガ配信などをお任せします。あわせて既存顧客の満足度を高めつつ、利益率を上げるような施策も実施いただく予定です。

■企業からのお問い合わせ対応

■メールマガジン配信など、採用担当者向けの広報

■応募数のチェック、改善施策、掲載数増加のための施策立案・実行

【必須条件】

■大学、大学院卒

■2年以上の法人営業経験(カスタマーサクセス未経験者も歓迎です)

勤務時間・曜日:

月64時間〜

※会社の定時は平日10時〜19時です。稼働時間は柔軟に対応いただけます。

休暇・休日:

週64時間以上稼働いただければ、原則自由です(稼働は平日・日中を想定しています)。

勤務地:

フルリモート可能(オフィスでの稼働も可能です)

※オフィス内禁煙

アクセス:

代々木駅より徒歩圏内にオフィスあり

給与:

■フリーランスの方

ご希望を伺い、社内の規定に則って決定します。

※半期ごとに報酬増減、昇降格あり

■副業の方

本業の手当・交通費・賞与を抜いた時給換算額となります(職業手当などは要相談)。

※いずれも、1ヶ月のお試し期間があります(期間中は時間単価の8割掛け)。

※金額はジョイン時の目安です。その後評価により単価アップもございます。

待遇・福利厚生:

半期ごとに報酬増減、昇降格あり

その他:

・選考から実際の稼働まですべてオンラインで完結

給与・報酬: 2,000円 - 4,000円 時給
